Serena is a fourth-year doctoral student in Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience at Texas Tech University. In the Cognitive Anthrozoology Laboratory, she conducts research on how humans cognitively process information about companion animals. She shares her life with her rescued cats and dogs.
