Page Buck is a professor of social work at West Chester University with a clinical practice in veterinary mental health. She serves as an embedded counselor at the University of Pennsylvania’s large animal hospital, New Bolton Center.

Dr. Arbittier graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She entered equine ambulatory general practice where she spent the next 12 years focused on performance equine medicine. She joined the equine field service at PennVet’s New Bolton Center in 2013 where she is currently the Associate Director of Academic and Community Affairs. Dr. Arbittier is the founder of HAARBOR Inc which provides sanctuary care to hospice and dogs with medical special needs.
