Marjorie Borreda is the Founder and President of Le Petit Ranch, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to innovative Animal-Assisted Activities, with a strong focus on education, intergenerational connection, and equine-assisted coaching. After operating in Switzerland for over a year, she moved to the Berkshires (MA) in Spring 2025 to be closer to family and expand Le Petit Ranch’s impact in a local community. Certified in both Europe and the U.S., she holds a diploma as an Animal-Assisted Therapist in Switzerland and is a certified Horse Powered Reading® Facilitator and Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist (AAAIP) in the U.S. She partners with rescued Spanish greyhounds, miniature horses, and small animals to create engaging, movement-based learning experiences. Her work includes Animal-Assisted Literacy in schools, equine-assisted coaching for personal growth, intergenerational programs in nursing homes and senior centers, and hands-on learning experiences that foster confidence, curiosity, and connection through animals. All in both French and English.
